Assembly Technician III

What You’ll Do:

As an Assembly Specialist III, you will work on the manufacturing floor building autonomous tractors and recharge stations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys mechanical and electrical assembly, working with tools, and taking pride in building high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Assemble mechanical and electrical components.
Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
Follow work instructions, safety rules, and quality standards.
Work indoors and outdoors as needed.
Stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Perform repetitive movements including bending, squatting, and reaching.
Keep your workstation clean and organized.
Help organize parts and inventory.
Communicate clearly with teammates and leads.
Support other production tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.
2–3 years of hands-on assembly, mechanical, or technical experience
(or related technical/associate degree)
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented and quality-focused
Willing to learn new skills and take direction
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
U.S. citizen
Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a must.

Pay & Growth:

$18–$22 per hour, based on experience.
