What You’ll Do:
As an Assembly Specialist III, you will work on the manufacturing floor building autonomous tractors and recharge stations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys mechanical and electrical assembly, working with tools, and taking pride in building high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components.
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Follow work instructions, safety rules, and quality standards.
- Work indoors and outdoors as needed.
- Stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Perform repetitive movements including bending, squatting, and reaching.
- Keep your workstation clean and organized.
- Help organize parts and inventory.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and leads.
- Support other production tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of hands-on assembly, mechanical, or technical experience
(or related technical/associate degree) - Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Willing to learn new skills and take direction
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- U.S. citizen
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a must.
